Role: Customer Support Executive

Foretel are currently recruiting for a Customer Support role to join their team.

Essential requirements:

Proven record in customer service skills
Logical approach, excellent problem solving skills
Experienced MS Office user, especially MS Excel
Good team worker
Self-motivated
Either with an existing technical background, or looking to develop into a technical role

Desirable:

Graduate background (recent graduates also welcome)
Experience in technical / product support (1st line support)
Experience in delivering technical training / on-site support
Experience in data analysis
HTML / CSS skills
Confident preparing and delivering presentations to senior staff

The role is envisaged to be full-time, but may be flexible for the right candidate.
